Viru Keemia Grupp has started the construction of the 3rd Petroter plant

The team of engineers which had constructed the 1^st and the 2^nd Petroter plants is also responsible for the building of the 3^rd one. The first tenders for construction works were announced already in the beginning of October after the concern obtained a construction permit from the town administration of Kohtla-Järve. The plant construction is planned to be finalized in spring 2015 and be followed by start-up and commissioning. The third “brother” among Petroter plants will bring along 100 new working positions, its price reaching 80 mln euros.

The construction of the third plant will be attended by a next stage of renovation of the VKG industrial park in Kohtla-Järve whereby all industrial complex will be put onto a new level. Major modifications will affect water purification systems and heat and electrical power production.
